Two immediate thoughts spring to mind:
-what is that green stuff and is it legal? and,
-the little dog is SO stopping short.

happy, um, roast day.

Not totally sure how I feel about the tongue shot, but other than that, it looks awesome, dude. Also love the pilgrim place card in the background. The kid is a true artist!

[BusyDad] Thanks Matt! but just jumping in to give artistic credit to my friend Lolita's (modernmom on Twitter) kid, Jaden. He made those.

November 28, 2008 | Unregistered Commenterauntie mei

Mmmm... recipe, please.

I like how the white, fluffy dog-like animal appears to be holding back the real dog from the meat.

Dude we had the same (simular) Idea- we had tri-tip roast that I put on the Showtime rotissirie, and scalloped potatoes and dressing. Adn pumpkin Cre'me Brulee'. And I cooked it all!

Can I hire you to cook for my fam next year? (YUM)

Day-uuum. And you thought I was part of a secret culinary society? Buddy, you obviously know your way around a joint. . . of meat. Happy T Day, er, PR Day.

I think it should be E. coli not Salmonella... That said I totally need to con my family into taking lessons from you, they made turkey and ham and I don't like ham that well (especially sweetened, ick) and so I was stuck with only turkey for three days in a row (they made lasagna the day after but that is on my GI no no list). I am thankful it was pretty good turkey, though on the third day I did not find it quite so good! Roast beef would have made me very happy and the idea of roasted garlic intrigues me, I should so go west instead of east next year, lol.
