I Really Should've Been Mad

I woke up to find this little scene in the backyard. All things considered, it actually made me quite happy. Good boy, Krypto!

[Editor's Note] Apparently I was being a little too cryptic. Point of this post: At least SOMEONE is enjoying this sandbox I spent an entire back-breaking day building! Krypto slid the top halfway off and spent the morning blissfully digging away.

Soooo, what IS that box? I'm confused. Maybe my blondness is showing...
-----
[BusyDad] No my bad. Post was too cryptic, (aka WTF is Jim trying to say?). Added a note.

Okay. So...is the sandbox now the litterbox? I couldn't tell so much what the heck was going on lol.

Hope you're having a great day!!

[BusyDad] Ok, I have stumped 2 out of 2 readers. Time to add a note and give you all a make-up post for this crappy one. Coming right up!

Not sure what this post is about... but I do have a pretty cool suggestion for you...

Since you started the blog hopping craze you should design and sell a t-shirt on your blog.

It could have your busy dad blog logo and such on it... and on the back it could say, "You look like I need a drink".
-----
[BusyDad] Great idea! Whatever it ends up saying, you know any BDB T-shirt would need to pay homage to distilled beverages.

Did Krypto's new little dog friend (name escapes me right now, but it was almost Kryp brother, which made me laugh) join in?

My kids love to dig RIGHT outside the sandbox in the ever-expanding hole that lies at the end of the slide.

KEEP BELIEVING
-----
[BusyDad] I am sure they were in cahoots. Krypto never managed to slide the cover off when it was just him. I think BJ added some much needed muscle to the task. Or maybe just some moral support from the sidelines. Yeah, that makes more sense, actually.

If he's anything like my dog, he took the top off just so he could pee in it.
-----
[BusyDad] I really really hope not. Fury actually was inspired by Krypto to play in it this afternoon!

Sandboxes are too much temptation for doggies. :)
-----
[BusyDad] ... and the custom made wooden lid that I made is obviously not enough of a deterrent anymore! :(

I'm impressed that Krypto did not make the box his bathroom. I could not say the same for my mutts.
-----
[BusyDad] I took a leap of faith and assumed he did not. It's been raining a lot. I had that going for me as I assessed the situation.

I, for one, totally got it. Without following the link or anything. Stalking finally pays off!
-----
[BusyDad] Like I said before, I would put my stalkers up against any other on the internet. You rule.

My dog would have done the same thing! There's something very alluring to a dog to have a box it isn't supposed to get in.
-----
[BusyDad] Haha - yup! Or a doormat he's not supposed to chew, or a blanket he's not supposed to dig the stuffing out of...

BD, you're such an optimist! I love that.
-----
[BusyDad] :) It's either that or drive myself crazy. Might make for interesting blog posts though.
