Sunday, November 7, 2010 Tis the season for holiday product reviews! But don't worry, I only review things if I can make the review entertaining (loosely defined), or if it's Star Wars related. Whew, now the pressure's off if you hate this video. I love making my own rules.
Today, Fury and I review two Star Wars things:

Roomates Peel & Stick Clone Wars Wall Decals
Go ahead, click the links. I don't earn any money off them. And as long as we're in a disclosing kind of mood, I make no money off this review. I did get free product though. But really, if you count the fact that I spent my entire Sunday filiming and editing for a free book and some stickers, it proves that I just work for your admiration, and nothing more. Actually, I thought it was a really good lesson for my kid, too. I couldn't take him to the park today because we had to shoot. When he got all whiny about it, I said "Nothing in life is free, kid. You like getting all this free stuff? You have to work for it. Now go sit in that cockpit and kick this thing into hyperspace." Yes, there is a real Millennium Falcon cockpit in this video. Now will you please just watch it already?

Man you look so much like your dad in that video. Eventhough we lost most of Sunday to filming, I'm glad that you were still able to put in the screen door. Yay for my manly husband *snicker*!

Y'all are probably my favourite nerds on the Internet. Fact: Zoë showed me a book like that the other day that she wanted, but I wasn't paying attention, so it could've been something else. Also, I *am* a non-commital decorator - whose kid asked for a room reno for xmas. HELP ME.
These look like so much fun!! Anyone in my family would think these were the most epic things ever. Maybe I'll have to see if Roomates has any other Star Wars themed decorations....
I hope my kids never see that, or else they'll want to make their own movies in the falcon's cockpit. However, they would love to win the giveaway.

Awesome! I was just looking at that book this weekend while doing some xmas shopping. I didn't get it because I forgot the Toys R Us coupon I wanted to use at home- but maybe it was meant to be for me to win it here! We'll see..
I'd like the book. I'm afraid if I won the stickers the husband would plaster them all over the walls and regrefully, I'd have to tell him that his design skilz just don't cut it. pleabs!
Also .. re: fried apple pies. We have em in Hawaii. We have Fried Blueberry right now but there's also cherry, taro, haupia and always the apple and always fried. Just say'n. Paleo dude. :)
I'd like the stickers.. I'd give them to my kids to put where ever they wanted only because they are guaranteed to cover up someplace where they colored on the way with crayon.

Great review. Reviewing anything Star Wars related seems like a great rule to live by. I wonder how many crazies will take that book and try to build a Millennium Falcon in their mom's basement.

I'm not as much of a Star Wars geek as my husband or son but even I know those decals are totally cool. My son has the Clone Wars bedding and an X Wing kite hanging in room. He I would definitely win Mom of the Year with those!
